Responsibilities: • Layout parts per Manufacturing Orders and drawings and verity quantities and assembly instructions • Pull tools, jigs, templates, and fixtures for setups and replace when complete • Package and box assemblies for shipment per work orders and customer specifications • Operate designated machines and hand tools as required with minimal supervision • Familiarize oneself with Primus Assembly Processes and Procedures including applicable Business Quality Management System (BQMS) procedures as applicable. • Additional responsibilities may be assigned to higher level Assembly Mechanics. Sr Financial Analyst

Job Summary/Purpose Reporting to the company’s Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial planning, forecasting and analysis function for a fast growing, and complex global aerospace business with seven divisions in four countries. This position will also assist the CFO and corporate controller in corporate treasury operations including cash forecasting, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management. This position would be expected to manage the Treasury Analyst position to be added in 2011. Responsibilities •Manage the annual budgeting and long range planning process while continuing to improve the quality and functionality of the financial models to facilitate the analysis of the business performance, “what if” analysis, M&A assessment and liquidity management. •Manage the short range business and cash forecasting process •Drive financial planning and forecasting best practices across the company, including improved working capital forecasting and management and the evaluation and measurement of continuous process and Lean initiatives. •Assist the Corporate Controller in managing domestic and international liquidity and funding, including management of interest expense. Monitor compliance requirements for the company’s credit/debt facility. •Work with the CFO and Corporate Controller to develop and implement a global cash management and treasury operations plan that is scalable and improves liquidity management, minimizes interest expense and bank fees, and improves operating controls. •Develop and implement company policies for cash and liquidity management, investments and FX and interest rate hedging transactions. •Ensure cash management, investments and foreign exchange transactions are in compliance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulatory standards. •Analyze and manage foreign exchange exposures and work with the CFO and division finance officers to develop strategies, including hedging programs to minimize volatility and economic loss. •Directly manage the Treasury Analyst position (to be filled in 2011). CNC Machinist III Summary: Sets up and operates CNC vertical and Horizontal Precision machinines to make metal parts to exacting tolerances and dimensions. Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; determines sequence of operations, number of cuts required, and method of setup; uses a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments; makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds; fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Responsibilities: • Observe and implement Lean Manufacturing methods in all job assignments • Maintain spindle turning at maximum at all times • Set-up first run parts for Machinist 2 and 3 • Ensure parts and tools are loaded correctly and that quality is consistently maintained througout the assignment • Change and adjust cutters without supervision and instruct others in this practice • Learn and adhere to Primus International policies and procedures, particularly quality standards directly related to the work center • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: • Observe and implement Lean Manufacturing methods in all job assignments • Maintain spindle turning at maximum at all times • Set-up first run parts for Machinist 1 and 2. • Ensure parts and tools are loaded correctly and that quality is consistently maintained througout the assignment • Change and adjust cutters without supervision and instruct others in this practice • Learn and adhere to Primus International policies and procedures. • Knowledge of general machining processes using a wide variety of machine tools • Understanding of CNC type machines and the processes they use, such as set-ups, monitoring, change-outs, etc. • Cell Experience helpful. • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing work area practices, including 5-S, Visual Controls, Standard Work, work center metrics, and Continuous Improvement processes and supports team members in these processes as directed by the Master Machinist • High proficiency in blueprint reading and machining related math skills • Very good manual dexterity • Performs other duties as assigned • Ability to professionally communicate and work with others • Basic English language skills and ability to read, follow, and interpret work instructions • Good attention to detail; willingness to learn and, as required, train others • 4-6 years experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Machinist 2 year certificate preferred. Quality Inspector
Location:	Bothell, WA
Department:	Quality Control
Performs assigned work, directs and monitors inspection duties of at least one inspector of a lower rating to independently use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to perform in-process and completed inspections of products such as machine parts, mechanical assemblies, purchased standard hardware, and the inspections of applied protective coatings including verification of thermal process (heat treat and eddy current inspections). Uses various measuring devices to perform required inspections and accepts or rejects malfunctioning or non-conforming units or systems. Works from blueprints, digital models, diagrams, or other customer specifications and uses inspection instruments and checklists. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Observe and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods in all job assignments + Ensure product conformity through defined inspection operations using model-based inspection programs, blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing plans as appropriate + Identify and segregate non-conforming product; Disposition internal and supplier rejections per Quality requirements + Develop inspection plans; provide work holding, cycle time, and other continuous improvement suggestions + Instruct team members in product conformity practices + Performs other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS + Thorough understanding of Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing methods per ASME 14.5, including the use of Precision Coordinate Machines and the ability to determine correct elevations, cross section, and detail views + Extensive knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment, including but not limited to, surface plates, micrometers, height gauges, radius gauges, protractors, profilometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators + Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel); thorough understanding of Syteline/ESI or other ERP systems, working knowledge of Quality-specific software + High proficiency in blueprint reading and manufacturing/inspection related math skills + Very good manual dexterity and adept in the use of precision measuring tools + Ability to professionally communicate and work cooperatively with others. + Good attention to detail; willingness to learn and, as required, instruct others. + Basic English language skills and the ability to read, follow, and interpret planning and work order instructions.
