| Job Summary/Purpose Reporting to the company’s Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial planning, forecasting and analysis function for a fast growing, and complex global aerospace business with seven divisions in four countries. This position will also assist the CFO and corporate controller in corporate treasury operations including cash forecasting, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management. This position would be expected to manage the Treasury Analyst position to be added in 2011. Responsibilities •Manage the annual budgeting and long range planning process while continuing to improve the quality and functionality of the financial models to facilitate the analysis of the business performance, “what if” analysis, M&A assessment and liquidity management. •Manage the short range business and cash forecasting process •Drive financial planning and forecasting best practices across the company, including improved working capital forecasting and management and the evaluation and measurement of continuous process and Lean initiatives. •Assist the Corporate Controller in managing domestic and international liquidity and funding, including management of interest expense. | POSITION SUMMARY Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, and supplies. Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications and invoices. Stores materials and parts according to Inventory System requirements. Fills/issues orders and supplies from stock. Requisitions stock to fill incoming orders and prepares stock use reports. Familiar with storage methods considering temperature, humidity, weight or height limits, turnover, floor/shelf loading capacity, and required space. Handles inventory according to system procedures. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and receive MRP and related purchase orders from suppliers Close MRP work orders and review for costing accuracy Review MRP and related work orders for kitting, material, and inventory requests; Coordinate with supervision and team to prioritize work to MRP and shop requirements Ensure proper packaging and storage of inventory Prep kits to MRP requirements using pick list; Select using FIFO according to work order instructions; Ensure kit completeness including verification of latest PO/POC; stage kits/parts for partmark and assembly Support inventory audits and record results; Record material debits/credits and support troubleshoot discrepancies; Relabel stock and record changes in MRP/Inventory System; Bring to supervision's attention anticipated downstream requirements due to schedule, loss, and change requirements Respond to expedited requests and coordinate materials for delivery to users as required; Control/restock bin stock quantities Familiarize oneself with Primus Processes and Procedures including applicable MRP, Inventory System, and Business Quality Management System procedures as applicable May occasionally perform special projects; Perform other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Familiar with computerized MRP/Inventory systems Understands and adheres to proper material storage requirements Understands local Primus manufacturing process and how Inventory control interacts with upstream and downstream functions Blueprint reading and basic math skills Good computer skills and ability to query, monitor, and input MRP system data Able to be certified with and operate a fork lift and picker Maintain inventory storage in a clean, orderly manner Ability to professionally communicate and work with others Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities Willingness to learn and, as required, help and/or train others To apply on-line copy and paste the following link: https://home.eease.adp.com/recruit/?id=513378 | |

| CNC Machinist III Summary: Sets up and operates CNC vertical and Horizontal Precision machinines to make metal parts to exacting tolerances and dimensions. Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications; determines sequence of operations, number of cuts required, and method of setup; uses a variety of machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments; makes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds; fits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Responsibilities: • Observe and implement Lean Manufacturing methods in all job assignments • Maintain spindle turning at maximum at all times • Set-up first run parts for Machinist 2 and 3 • Ensure parts and tools are loaded correctly and that quality is consistently maintained througout the assignment • Change and adjust cutters without supervision and instruct others in this practice • Learn and adhere to Primus International policies and procedures, particularly quality standards directly related to the work center • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: • Observe and implement Lean Manufacturing methods in all job assignments • Maintain spindle turning at maximum at all times • Set-up first run parts for Machinist 1 and 2. • Ensure parts and tools are loaded correctly and that quality is consistently maintained througout the assignment • Change and adjust cutters without supervision and instruct others in this practice • Learn and adhere to Primus International policies and procedures. • Knowledge of general machining processes using a wide variety of machine tools • Understanding of CNC type machines and the processes they use, such as set-ups, monitoring, change-outs, etc. • Cell Experience helpful. • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing work area practices, including 5-S, Visual Controls, Standard Work, work center metrics, and Continuous Improvement processes and supports team members in these processes as directed by the Master Machinist • High proficiency in blueprint reading and machining related math skills • Very good manual dexterity • Performs other duties as assigned • Ability to professionally communicate and work with others • Basic English language skills and ability to read, follow, and interpret work instructions • Good attention to detail; willingness to learn and, as required, train others • 4-6 years experience.
